**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment maintain rental equipment clean and paint as needed detial equipment intieror to insure it is ready to go on rent, ensuring that spaces are safe and hygienic for all occupants.

**Duties:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, equipment, and other common areas

- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures

- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Notify management of any repairs needed

**Skills:**

- Experience ininterior detailing, floor care, industrial cleaning, custodial work, or commercial cleaning

- Knowledge of porter duties and facilities maintenance

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
